What do we Collect

AgriData Ltd collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, Herd Number / Member Number.)
  • We may also collect your address details.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide AgriData Ltd with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Call our office and volunteer your information when requesting services from us.
  • Voluntarily provide your information via email or other electronic means.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Attempt to Log in to our authorised users area, in which case we log the IP address and Username / Password combination of the login attempt for security and data protection purposes

AgriData Ltd may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Any of our client contracts such as Bord Bia, the EPA or other such entities in the performance of our contracts with such entities.

How will we use your data?

AgriData Ltd collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request, membership, or order and manage your account, inspection, audit or application.
  • Process Applications, Conduct inspections / Audits as required by our client contracts.
  • Verify your compliance with the various Quality Schemes or Legal Obligations you may have under our client contracts.
  • Email or Post you Letters, Information, Documents and Publications or information on services you may require in relation to the above.
  • Create reports and conduct data analysis to better manage our client contracts, to provide a more efficient service to you and to prevent fraud.

AgriData Ltd will share your data with our clients as required by our contracts with our clients, but AgriData Ltd do not share your information with other companies / entities outside of such contracts.

When AgriData Ltd processes your order or application, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies, Garda Vetting or other State Agencies to prevent fraud.

How do we store your data?

AgriData Ltd securely stores your data at AgriData Ltd, Cluen, Bansha, Co. Tipperary and on Elive Ltd web servers in Limerick, Ireland.

AgriData Ltd will keep your Inspection / Audit data for 7 years. Once this time has expired, we will delete this data by deleting it automatically from our database. AgriData Ltd may also have to retain your personal data for as long as you remain members of the various schemes with which we have contracts or for legal, legitimate interest or fraud prevention reasons.

Marketing

AgriData Ltd do not send marketing information or share your data with other companies, other than those with whom we hold contracts as described above.

What are your data protection rights?

AgriData Ltd would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request AgriData Ltd for copies of your personal data. We charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that AgriData Ltd correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request AgriData Ltd to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
